Nutritional Philosophy

Although Rick Miller is a medical dietitian, when it comes to treating illness and promoting wellbeing, he takes a holistic view, utilising both functional and integrative therapeutic approaches

Rick Miller believes in getting to the root of problems, rather than simply treating the symptoms, so you can ensure future wellness.

Practising in Harley Street, within the heart of London’s medical community, Rick Miller can refer for bloods testing and other pathology to discover any underlying health issues.

Working both closely with top gastroenterologists and as an independent practitioner, he can create an easy-to-follow eating plan for clients.

Rick Miller comments:

"Lots of us want to tone up and look our best. Of course, at certain times - like just before holidays or a wedding - we become very motivated. We want to shape up - and fast! Over the years working as a sports dietitian, I’ve seen so many clients do this the wrong way.

It’s very tempting when time is of the essence to do something drastic…slash the calories, cut the carbs or take some innocuous looking pills or supplements to shed the body fat fast.

So often, these methods fail."

Working with a professional dietitian means you can get the results you need.
