Healthcode - the people processing your medical insurance

Healthcode have unveiled a new brand and website to support healthcare businesses. The experts in online products and services for the private healthcare sector want to make it easier for clinics and their patients to benefit from innovative technology.

The new website is a decisive break with the past and signals a new chapter in the way Healthcode engages with its stakeholders. Using their new branding, the bold redesign has a clear layout which is much easier to navigate so practitioners, practices, hospitals and insurers can quickly find the section that is most relevant to them.

Jargon free information

Healthcode are making it easier for customers to access help and support via the website with instructional videos and more ways to get in touch. The site also features clearer, jargon-free information on their wide range of online products and services that connect different parts of the private healthcare sector, from Claims Management and The PPR (Private Practice Register) to Secure Messaging and eBooking.

At a launch and networking event in London on 3 October, stakeholders from across the industry had the opportunity to see the new website for the first time and learn more about what Healthcode’s transformation programme means for them.

Pete Connor - HealthcodeManaging Director, Peter Connor (pictured) said: “Healthcode was founded on the belief that technology can bring about positive transformation. We’re constantly looking for better ways for our customers to do business, whether that’s automating time-consuming processes like pre-authorisation or ensuring they have the latest accurate data.

“At the same time, it’s right for us to look at how we can improve our performance and be the best we can be for our customers and the industry as a whole. That includes investing in our business systems to operate efficiently on a bigger scale and ensuring that we make our customers’ lives easier through our engagement with them. There’s much more to come but our new website is an important part of that mission, helping us support our customers every step of the way.”
