Mr Richard B Packard

Richard Packard is a consultant ophthalmologist and board member of the ESCRS and chairman of the Association of Ophthalmologists. He has been involved with teaching minimally invasive cataract surgery for over 25 years and was the first to implant an Alcon AcrySof intraocular lens in a human in December 1990. He has no financial interest in the AcrySof ReSTOR.
