Jane Clarke is a hugely experienced and trusted Dietician Nutritionist and Cordon Bleu chef, who has worked with Jamie Oliver on his groundbreaking series School Dinners and David Beckham with his Football Academy.

Jane is guided by her belief that "food nourishes your life, not just your body." She has written extensively on nutrition and diet and appears regularly on television and radio to talk about nutritional issues.
