Mr Ash Mosahebi is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Royal Free Hospital and an Honorary senior lecturer at University College Hospital, London. He qualified at Guy’s and St Thomas Medical School and obtained his PhD in plastic surgery and tissueA group of cells with a similar structure and a specialised function. engineering at University College London. He was the first UK plastic surgery fellow at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York where he had further training in complex reconstruction as well as further aesthetic training in Belgium.

He is the author of a number of publications and is involved in pioneering research on regenerating new tissues through new biomaterials and tissue engineering. Mr Mosahebi is the Deputy Editor of the British Journal of Plastic Surgery and the Honorary Secretary of Royal Society of Medicine.
