A group of 4 knee surgeons from Imperial College have set up a partnership called Precision Surgery. Together they offer analysis and planned navigated surgery at King Edward VII hospital - which is rated as the best knee hospital in London. 

The package consists of the 3 elements: preoperative functional assessment and planning, intra-operative navigation, and postoperative analysis and assessment. If you only have a simple knee problem it may sound like expensive overkill – especially if you're one of those people who assume that all operations work out well in the end. But if you place a high value on your health the small investment in technology that makes an excellent outcome more certain is certainly worth consideration.
